Solid State Mfg offers its customers the very best in open junction silicon bridge rectifiers. Like all of the various semiconductor custom and semi-custom parts we manufacture, our bridge rectifier options are of the highest quality and provided to our customers as the most cost effective option. As for specifics the maximum average forward current (A) varies from 1.5A-50.0A, the maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage ranges from 50-1000 VPK, and Solid State Mfg gives numerous choices when it comes to class of the bridge rectifier.
