Leaded Devices - Single Phase - Glass Passivated

The leaded single phase bridge rectifier offered by Solid State Mfg is glass passivated and features a low forward voltage drop. As for specifics the maximum average forward current varies from 1.0A-50.0A, all the units we offer have a QC Mounting Type, and are available with maximum recurrent peak reverse voltages ranging from 50-1000 VPK. Our leaded single phase glass passivated devices, like all of the other products offered by Solid State Mfg are sure to be of the highest quality.
